To Our Valued Customers:
First and foremost, we would like to express our appreciation to all of our customers. We sincerely appreciate your business. The effects of this unexpected snow storm have at times significantly slowed down our ability to serve some of our customers. Slow travel on the roads during winter storms decreases our deliveries by half. Our staff operates as safely as possible to accommodate every customer we can.
Inability to access roads in our serving area has delayed some deliveries. We ask for your assistance in making our deliveries. Most deliveries are made by the driver backing the truck into your driveway. They need to have a visual point of reference to remain on the designated driving area. Please make sure that your driveway is cleared of snow and ice at least 1.5 times the width of your personal vehicle. Unfortunately, our delivery trucks are not equipped with 4-wheel drive. In able to serve all our customers, we regret that we cannot wait on site or return the following day for driveways to be cleared.
Underground tank customers-Please assist our drivers. Take some time to walk around the area where the tank is located and pack the snow so the driver can find the tank. Snow accumulations and drifts completely hide the dome.
We would also ask that, for those of you concerned about your current propane level, please check your tank before contacting us for an order. Unless your tank shows a critical need, we would ask that you allow us to take the next several days to serve our customers who are in immediate need of propane. May we also suggest that all customers keep a small ceramic heater on hand should the need arise to conserve critical levels until we arrive.
