Relocated to Charlotte County, Florida to work with the Mackle Bros. to participate in residential and commercial new construction and service in Port Charlotte. After working for the company for eleven years, Dave Burnett purchased the company in 1991. Then, in 2012, Dave Burnett sold the company to Ted Steele of Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling, Inc., who added a new location in Englewood, FL for more convenient plumbing service to Sarasota County residents.
