Workforce Connection

Under the direction of our 44-member Board of Directors, represented by private business, labor representatives and public entities, our number one goal is to add to the economic vitality of Fresno County. We do this by sticking to the basics… by helping employers develop their businesses with well-trained and uniquely-qualified employees and by supporting committed individuals in search of employment. Federal and state funds are utilized to provide employment and training programs to assist adults and dislocated workers, at-risk youth (14-21 years old) and local employers. We are laying the foundation for growth and success for our individual job seekers – and in the community where we live.
