At Anchorage BJJ delivering quality instruction is our foremost goal. We know our members have busy schedules and limited time so we make sure their time is efficiently spent at ABJJ.

Our MMA head coach has cornered more than 100 wins in the cage, our BJJ head instructors are Black Belts with 15 years of active training. We know what it takes to be successful and how to get you there.

Facility
The ABJJ Anchorage facility is the largest in the state featuring a full cage, bags, and more than 2000 sq/ft of grappling mats.

Conditioning/Weight Loss
To be successful at BJJ/MMA you have to be in shape and we know how to get you there. You will not need another gym membership if you train with us.

Organization
There is always a daily, weekly, and program class plan at ABJJ. Learning can be challenging but we make it easier by giving you a road map to follow. Your time is valuable and we want to make sure you get the most out of every minute of class.

Standards
Our BJJ program uses the highest standards. If you move out of state you will not have to worry about being behind other students of the same rank.

Results
Our MMA team has won countless titles both in Alaska and in the lower 48. Our BJJ team has won medals at some of the biggest tournaments in the country and ABJJ is the #1 ranked team in BJJ and Submission Grappling at the Alaska state championships.

Flexibility
Between mornings, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes almost everyone can find a training plan that works with their schedule. For students living in the Mat-Su Valley they can also mix and match with our Wasilla location.

Group Size
Because we have such a large school you’ll have many different body types and skill levels to work with. We also have new students signing up each week so you don’t need to worry about being behind the rest of the class.
