Mike's Quality Meats is a family-owned and operated business that since 1989 has been a premier retail store, meat processor, and wholesale provider for the greater Anchorage area. We are one of the very few remaining classic butcher shops; we grind our ground beef fresh every day and you can see our butchers working to fill up our display cases any time you come in. Our retail store carries a full line of meats including beef, pork, poultry and exotic game, as well as a wide selection of seasonings, rubs, marinades and sauces.

Mike's Quality Meats also processes fish, game and makes many delicious varieties of sausage using our own traditional recipes. We send meat packs and special orders all over the state of Alaska through the airline of your choice. Our wholesale division delivers to restaurants, hotels and foodservice organizations.
