WebPerception was founded in 1994 by Internet consultant Peter Skeels. At that time, while the industry was still in its infancy, WebPerception was providing emerging technology companies with their first glimpses into the then mostly government-accessed Internet.

Just three years later, in response to growing commercial and personal demand for Internet connections, Peter began offering local businesses and individuals Dial-Up, Frame Relay, Wireless Internet access, and Email services in addition to his consulting work.

Over the next three years, as the demand for faster, more reliable Internet connections exploded, WebPerception expanded from a company of one to a company of five and moved to larger offices in Novato, California, just 30 minutes north of San Francisco.

Today, thanks to its consistently satisfied customers, WebPerception continues to grow and expand its portfolio of services.
