Armando Rodriguez was inspired by his mother’s work at a restaurant when he was a kid and decided his dream was to open his own Mexican restaurant. That’s what inspired him to start Cuernavaca Grill in 1990. In the nearly three decades since we’ve been open, our team’s been dedicated to creating a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Our dishes are made using family recipes and are created from scratch to capture the flavors of a home-cooked meal. We can’t wait to share our authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex food with you.
