Charles A. Wooster, Owner. Chuck has always had a passion for cars, and began his career in auto sales before purchasing the AeroColours franchise in 2000. After mastering the art of chip and scratch restoration, Chuck decided to open CWC in his permanent location in Frederick. Father of five, Chuck knows how important it is to have your car fixed and back on the road quickly by providing affordable service with a smile.

Joshua S. Appenzellar, Technician. Josh is a 2009 graduate of Washington County Technical High School majoring in automotive repair. He began as an apprentice with CWC and within months began full time employment based on his work performance. His passion for cars doesn’t stop at CWC, he is currently restoring a Volkswagon Carrado of his own. When not working on cars, Josh enjoys the sport of BMX
