Residential Solutions was co-founded by father & son, Willie and Brandon Walker in 2005. With his extensive work history with at-risk adolescents, adults with developmental disabilities, and homeless individuals with cognitive deficits, Brandon Walker, Executive Director, recognized the need for safe environments in the community for adults with MRDD and related cognitive deficits. Residential Solutions began with just one group home and just one client, and staffing of only the two co-founders for the first nine months in operation. Currently, Residential Solutions operates eight (8) 24-hour group homes, the Day Service & Enrichment Service Program, and Independent Living Program.
