The Arc of Hilo is a 501(c)3 non-profit community development organization dedicated to serving people with disabilities on Hawai'i Island. Established in 1954, The Arc of Hilo was the first and for a long time the only organization on the island of Hawai'i devoted to embracing and supporting people with developmental disabilities. We create programs and services so our clients can lead productive, fulfilling, community-oriented lives. The Arc of Hilo continues to be innovative in the programs and services we create, and a persistent advocate for people with disabilities on the local, state and national levels.
