Opportunities Unlimited (OU) provides 24 hour residential rehabilitation services for individuals with a traumatic brain injury, a spinal cord injury, or other physical disability in one of nine homes that line Glen Oaks Blvd.
Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) are also available to children and adults with disabilities within the Siouxland community that are supported by Iowa Waivers.
OU also proudly opened a Wavier home in May of 2014. Daisy Lane is located in Sioux City and many of the individuals supported by that program enjoy getting into the Siouxland community.
