Go Electric eBikes and Scooters was opened way back in 2003, as a little shop on the side of a big road, with hopes of bringing a new and fun way of transportation to the table in the town of Longwood, Florida, and all nearby areas. Since opening, we have grown to be a full-service retail and repair shop, with an in-shop mechanic and a staff interested in the world of electric transportation. We are an official dealer of Currie Technologies products, so if you've heard of the company and have been wanting to test one of their products out, stop in and have a ride! We have recently added an electric charge station for cars as well as a plug-in for bicycles and scooters, and we will now be a dealer of solar powered electric pontoon boats! Stop in to chat, look around, have something repaired, or purchase a reliable new vehicle that will make you feel good about yourself, for a price that is as reasonable as you are for deciding to GO ELECTRIC (very reasonable)! :)
Also in our shop, you will find an extensive gallery of Haitian art decorating the walls, from amateur paintings done with scrapped together materials to metalworks made out of old trash-barrels, successful artists' work to paper mache masks and wooden Haitians striving to make a better life for themselves and enjoying in life's many colors of art. All art is for sale, and all proceeds from sales go to charities helping Haiti to get out of their slump. Le Couleurs!
