We want to thank our Morganton, NC Hearing Care Practitioner, Bill Beck and Patient Care Coordinator, Sandra Perkins for going above and beyond for one of our patients. Our patient was unexpectedly hospitalized before he could receive his pair of Beltone hearing aids he was anxiously awaiting. Mr. Beck and Ms. Perkins decided to take the hearing aids to our patient in the hospital instead! Ms. Perkins said, “This delivery was so special! Very heart-warming and a real tear jerker. He was beyond thankful and grateful. He kept saying to us, ‘Why are you guys so good to me?’"
