Since 1996, Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. (CCHCI) has served the diverse communities of rural Cochise County in southeastern Arizona as the region’s only nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center. CCHCI provides an array of preventative and primary care services to all people, regardless of ability to pay. CCHCI is developed on a multi-dimensional model for Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental and Outreach services, carefully integrated with a culturally sensitive approach to address every aspect of life. While CCHCI strives to be the “provider of choice” for any person seeking care, we offer a sliding-fee program that ensures that uninsured, underinsured, veterans, migrant farm workers and low-income residents all have access to high-quality healthcare. CCHCI currently operates clinics from six locations in Sierra Vista, Bisbee, Douglas and Elfrida. CCHCI also serves the larger county– including Benson and Willcox–via Mobile Medical and Dental Units. CCHCI is Cochise County’s largest provider of primary care services.
