Satellite Healthcare was founded first as Satellite Dialysis in 1973 by Dr. Norman S. Coplon. His goal was to provide dialysis services outside of the hospital setting, closer to patients’ homes. Dr. Coplon established Satellite Dialysis, now Satellite Healthcare, as a not-for-profit organization with a commitment to serving kidney patients in the local community.
