DAILY VERSE: WED APR 26 “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!" The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God...” Romans‬ ‭8:14-16‬ ‭ESV‬‬ http://bible.com/59/rom.8.14-16.esv

DAILY DEVOTION: WED APR 26 How would you describe your relationship with God? Is it marked by religious duty, moral behavior, or formal prayers? These can all be aspects of our relationship with God, but the key word here is relationship! Spend some time in God's Word as Charles Stanley explores what it means to have "Intimacy with God." What an awesome devotion to share with friends and family! https://www.intouch.org/read/magazine/daily-devotions/intimacy-wth-god
God is not looking for our best efforts. What He desires is an intimate relationship with each of us.

NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER: This year's National Day of Prayer will be on Thursday May 4, 2017! We are living in such a crucial time to determine (or reaffirm) our Nation's beliefs and purposes. Please join us in the front church parking lot at 7:30am on Thurs May 4th as we join others around the nation and world to pray for our leaders and nation here. Check out the official website for more info on the National Day of Prayer!
The mission of the National Day of Prayer Task Force is to mobilize prayer in America and to encourage personal repentance and righteousness in the culture.

MEMORIES: Two years ago this past weekend, our church group came back home safely from our second Mission Trip to Israel. We got to serve the Jewish people as we renovated two bomb shelters, shared the gospel of freedom and grace in Jesus the Messiah, and saw the land of Israel and amazing Bible locations up close and personally. We do not currently have any plans for another mission trip to Israel, and there are also plenty of other places in the world that need help, but we are thankful for the work that we did two years ago in Israel, thankful for the church praying and sending us, and continuing to pray for the Jewish people who live there. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! "May they be secure who love you! Peace be within your walls and security within your towers!" For my brothers and companions' sake I will say, "Peace be within you!" For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good.” Psalms‬ ‭122:6-9‬ ‭ESV‬‬ http://bible.com/59/psa.122.6-9.esv https://youtu.be/8LbayNWOWJU
