R & R Machine Works is known worldwide for our knowledge in the Steam Flaking, Roller Mills, and Automation for the Livestock Feeding Industry.

R & R is working diligently to meet the animal feed yard and grain feed mills needs since 1976. We specialize in manufacturing and repairing R&R Flaker Mills, manufacturing R&R Steam Chests, R&R Cracker Mills, Kan-Roll Mills, Roll Grinding & Corrugation; as well as repairing, replacement, or installation of OSHA compliant stairs, ladders, hand-rails, make-up tanks, plumbing, gear box repair, and hydraulics.

R&R is the only company in our industry to have True Automation for our mills that you can set your roll gap (flake weight) electronically and have multiple settings to help with the efficiencies of your operation.

We have multiple full time service crews with extensive experience as we conduct over 500 roll changes a year. Our customers have complete faith that our roll technicians will deliver a wonderful R&R experience when we deliver and/or install your products. Our new customers say over and over, "If we knew how good R&R was, we would have been a R&R customer a long time ago." We are available to service your facility 24/7 as we understand your operation is on-going throughout the night, weekends, and holidays.
