Dining:
ffrost Sawyer Tavern:
The Tavern, with its open hearth "Summer Kitchen" fireplace, granite walls, and hand-hewn beams, provides a cozy spot for hearty traditional New England fare. The ffrost Sawyer Tavern is a popular dining spot for local guests and travelers.

Maples:
With millwork commissioned in 1699, this room contains the original "Indian Shutters" that protected settlers from one of the many attacks, which occurred in the pre-Revolutionary war period. Georgian décor and candlelight recreates the warmth and charm of a fine colonial residence.

Coppers:
Coppers, the original winter kitchen of the 1649 homestead, provide an elegant and romantic setting. Wide plank floors, the open hearth, and original millwork create an authentic old New England dining experience.

The Terrace
Shaded by the wisteria-covered arbor, and lined with seasonal flowering plants, the Terrace offers outdoor dining in spring, summer, and fall.

Weddings:
The Three Chimney's also does wedding ceremonies on site. Our romantic grounds featuring two beautifully landscaped gardens with lighted arbors, rock walls, stone walkways and reflection pool with majestic water fountain, offer a picturesque backdrop for outdoor ceremonies and almost limitless photo opportunities.

The Terrace outlined with lights, outdoor bar, and umbrella patio furniture surrounded by an array of seasonal flowers, is an ideal spot for enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres alfresco-style.

Dine and dance with your guests in the charming Madbury and Orchards Rooms. A spacious parquet dance floor, private function bar, fireplace and private outdoor patio offers a distinctive venue for dinner, dancing and socializing.
