Conditions – No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries from the same person will be deleted and only the first entry will be kept. ONLY ONE WINNER PER HOUSEHOLD. Any contestant found to be using an alternate address (for example, their work address) and/or phone number in order to get around this rule will be automatically disqualified and another winner will be selected. All Facebook fans who have won any contests on our Facebook are ineligible for 30 days from the date of that contest’s completion. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules. Decisions of the Village Shopping Center shall be final and binding. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or exchanged. No substitute prizes, except at the discretion of the Village Shopping Center, will be allowed. By entering, each contestant consents to the use of his/her voice, name and likeness for broadcast transmission, advertising and promotion in connection with the contest. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. The Village Merchants, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, and the officers, directors, employees, licensees and assignees of each accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of any prize awarded hereunder. The Village Shopping Center reserves the right to revise and update the rules without advance notice.

Employees, friends, family members of the Village Shopping Center and the businesses within the Village Shopping Center are not eligible to win.

All prizes must be picked up during business hours by the person who won the prize. Prizes will not be mailed.
