Morris Simon founded Simco Management Corporation in 1959. Breaking ground in the apartment industry in 1964 in the Youngstown and surrounding areas. The company has grown to include twenty-nine apartment communities, each one actively managed by a professional on-site manager and their maintenance and cleaning staff. Simco's portfolio stretches from Canton, Ohio to Oil City, Pennsylvania, with the heaviest concentration of properties in the Boardman, Niles and Warren Ohio area.
