Since 1955, Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara, the Niagara County chapter of NYSARC, Inc., has become the agency of choice for people of all ages – from newborns to seniors – with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families by providing results-oriented individualized programs and services. The Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara Foundation sustains the vision of the parents and families seeking choices and quality services for their family members by providing a long-term source of necessary financial support to one of the largest not-for-profit human services agencies in Niagara County.
We employ more than 500 people to support individuals with disabilities. More than 20% of our employees have been with the agency 20 years or more.
Specialties Intellectual and other developmental disabilities, Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Ausperger Syndrome, Day & Residential Programs, horticulture therapy, fine arts, service coordination, geriatric assessment and services, school to work transition, vocational training and contracts, supported employment, community-based volunteering and recreation for youth (10-18) and adults 19+.
