We are praying for the families that have been affected by the devastating fire that took place early Thursday morning on the 800 block of Serrill Ave. We are grateful that our neighbors got out safely with the help of our brave firefighters, however they lost pretty much everything. In an effort to assist our neighbors during their time of need, we are appealing to our community to donate some basic necessities (clothing and toiletries) to help them get by during this tragic time. Collections will take place this Saturday – February 18th (12 to 1pm) at Bell Avenue Elementary Auditorium. The information received regarding these families is very preliminary. All that we know of is that there is: 4 children: – 3 month old (female; pamper size 1); 3 yrs (female), 6yrs (male) and 7yrs old (female) 4 adult females 2 adult males The collected items will be packed and delivered immediately following. If you're unable to donate gently used clothing or purchase any items we will also gladly deliver a note, a card, any words of encouragement that could lift their spirits. Please continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you! EHNS Team
