COMPANY HISTORY Fernandina Beach Realty was founded in 1974 by Steve Simmons as a full-service real estate and rental management firm. Our company became a member of the ERA Network of real estate professionals in 1975 and is currently a top 200 company in the network of over 2600 offices worldwide. Our office has been awarded the ERA Commitment to Excellence Award for the past seven years. This award honors the overall performance of our agents and staff in meeting and exceeding the performance goals set by ERA in areas including customer service, sales and listing volume and use of ERA products and programs to assist our customers. Only 11 Commitment to Excellence Awards are given worldwide and we are very proud of our accomplishment. In 2007 we established our second location in Callahan, FL. Located conveniently on S. Kings Road, we can serve both the Callahan and Hilliard in all of our offices provide a variety of residential and commercial property services including sales of condominiums, homes, investment properties, lots, and vacant land. They are also skilled at handling 1031 exchanges. We service all of Nassau County including Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Yulee, Callahan and Hilliard.
REAL ESTATE SERVICES/RENTAL SERVICES Fernandina Beach Realty was also the first full-service rental/property management office on Amelia Island. Today, we represent the largest inventory of vacation and long-term properties in Nassau County. Our vacation department is located in our beach office at 2057 S. Fletcher Avenue, Fernandina. Long Termrental services can be found in the beach office as well as our Callahan office. In addition, we have on-site rental offices at the Amelia South and Oceans of Amelia condominiums with separate staffs and reservation systems. Just want a hotel room? Then stay in Beachside Motel; Amelia Island's only oceanfront motel, owned and operated by ERA Fernandina Beach Realty. Our vacation rental staff specializes in oceanfront and oceanview condominiums and private homes of all sizes. We also have vacation and long-term rental properties in Summer Beach and the Amelia Island Plantation.
