Non-Discrimination Statement
The Hustisford School District does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, creed, pregnancy, marital or parental status, gender, sexual orientation, homelessness status, physical, emotional, or learning disability/handicap, in its curricular, career and technical education programs, co-curricular programs, student services, recreational or other programs and activities, or in admissions or access to programs or activities offered by the school district or in its employment practices.
It is the policy of the Board that the District shall not discriminate on the basis of disability and shall provide reasonable accommodations to disabled individuals as required by State and Federal law.
This policy also prohibits discrimination under related federal statutes, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1992, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1993.

An individual who believes s/he has been subjected to unlawful discrimination/retaliation (hereinafter referred to as the "Complainant"), may file a complaint, either orally or in writing, with a Principal, the Compliance Officer (C/O), District Administrator, or other supervisory employee.
John Hustis Elementary School is a 4K through 5th grade school. Enrollment is roughly 200 students. Programs that are offered include: four-year-old kindergarten (a half day program), full-day five-year-old kindergarten, cross-categorical disabilities, speech/language and Title I support in reading and math and a comprehensive core academic and fine arts program.
The Hustisford High School Includes grades 6 through 12. There are also over 200 students at this level. Advanced placement courses, courses articulated with Moraine Park Technical College, and virtual courses, along with the school's core curriculum provide a wide range of learning opportunities for students. Many athletic (football, volleyball, wrestling, basketball, softball, soccer, and cheerleading) and co-curricular activities (academic bowl, drama, FFA, forensics, math bowl, mock trial, pep band, solo & ensemble, student council, and yearbook club) are available to our students.
