Kinder D. Shamhart is 2008 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law. As a law student, Ms. Shamhart served as the Managing Editor and staff member of the Energy Law Journal. Ms. Shamhart was also a member of the legal honors fraternity, Phi Delta Phi, and the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton Inns of Court. During law school, Ms. Shamhart interned with the Hon. Janice P. Dreiling, former Washington County District Judge, the University of Tulsa Boesche Legal Clinic, the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, and Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Shamhart served two years as an Assistant District Attorney in New Mexico. In 2011, Ms. Shamhart founded and opened the Law Office of Kinder D. Shamhart, PLLC in Bartlesville, OK.
