We use some of the most modern equipment, such as surgical microscopes and digital radiography and adhere to the highest standards of infection control. Dr. Atabakhsh takes pride in offering you personal care and attention while ensuring you are receiving the highest technical standards of care. He takes his time to talk to and listen to you and examines each case thoroughly prior to any diagnosis and treatment. He believes in treating only when necessary and practices evidence based dentistry. This means he will always offer you what has the best chance of working given the specific circumstances.

Dr. Atabakhsh received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA school of Dentistry in June of 2000 and proceeded to obtain a certificate in General Practice Residency from the VA hospital in West Los Angeles in June 2001. Upon completion, he practiced general dentistry for two years in Southern California after which he went on to a two year residency in Endodontics at Temple University School of Dentistry. He obtained his endodontic certificate in September of 2005. Since then, he has been practicing endodontics for over six years in Maryland and Washington state and has had the experience of performing thousands of successful cases.
