We will attain our mission statement through training at all opportunities. We will be kind and care about the customer and the customer’s home.
We will show our respect by not parking in their driveways, by placing drop cloths to protect the flooring, and by wearing booties over our shoes while we are in their homes.
We will explain the whole process before we start. We will explain all charges so that the customer understands completely, and we will clean up when the task is done.
We will be on time and when we’re not able to be on time, we will call the customer and give a realistic time of arrival.

Always remember that the customer’s complete satisfaction is our total focus because they are always number one. We will come to work with a smile and a purpose in our step, and we will encourage those around us to maintain professionalism.

We will give constructive criticism when it is needed. We will always remember that we are a team and must function as one. When one of our team is out of focus, it will be the responsibility of each of us to encourage them and give them the respect and opportunity to achieve the same focus and happiness that we feel towards our jobs.
We do this so that our team is better able to perform the same level of service for all our customers. Our customers deserve this will do everything in our power to maintain a healthy life, remembering that with a healthy body and mind, we are able to take on all kinds of responsibilities and achieve greatness.
