Space of Mind Schoolhouse is a special place where academic and life skills are taught hand-in-hand. It is where friends are made and creativity is sparked. Staffed by experienced and passionate academic coaches who nurture and nudge students to succeed even on the hardest of days, it is a safe and happy place for both academic and emotional learning to happen. Here, students make - and live by - their decisions every day. They grow from mistakes and learn how to learn by trying new things and seeing how they work. At SOM, students are responsible for themselves and each other, equally. They are athletes and musicians, magicians, artists, mathematicians and anything they dream to be.

We come from a wide spectrum of different families, school settings and backgrounds to create a spirited community of learners and friends. We are families who want to spend time together and meet new people. We are teenagers looking for a safe - and inspiring - place to hangout and create. We are students, parents and professionals who want to achieve our goals. We are a support system of coaches to guide the journey. We are a community that helps us focus on SOMething that we love.
