John is active in his church and has enjoyed performing community service through the local Marne Lions Club. John & Jan have been married for 26 years and keep busy with their 5 children.
Jan Layton came on board at River City Insurance Group over 10 years ago on a part-time basis. She is now working full-time, although being a mom of 5 pulls her out of the office regularly. Jan is a licensed agent who manages the daily operations of the office and works closely with Susan assisting employer groups with the implementation and understanding of their insurance coverage. Jan handles the individual health insurance sales in the office and provides personalized customer service whenever you need it. She enjoys reading, traveling and most of all, spending time with family.
Susan Wright’s official title is Quote Manager. However, her role at River City Insurance Group encompasses so much more. Susan’s work begins by gathering the census data necessary to generate the quotes that she orders, analyzing each quote that comes in and determining which offers are most viable to the specific client. It is her attention to detail and ability to analyze the quotes that allows John to present the best options to clients. Susan is also responsible to know and understand the unique nuances from plan to plan. Susan puts the final presentation pieces together for John’s use. Susan has been a licensed insurance agent for over 22 years and has worked at River City Insurance Group for 20 of those years. Susan enjoys being involved at her church, reading & supporting her son’s interests.
