A to Z Insurance Services LLC

Josh Hykes is the principal agent and owner of A To Z Insurance Services, LLC. He has grown up in the tri-state area all of his life. He has been a resident of the Falling Waters/Hagerstown area since 2004. He graduated from Middletown High School in 1998 and then received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary's College (now Mount Saint Mary's University) in 2002.

In May 2001, Josh decided to join his father's insurance agency. Josh learned the insurance business from the ground up. Josh started out answering phones, filing, and doing the administrative work in the office. After a few months of doing administrative work in the agency, Josh received his property and casualty license to sell & service insurance in August 2001. Shortly thereafter, Josh also received his life and health license in February 2002. Josh became an associate agent, selling & servicing a range of products, specializing in commercial insurance, to clients located in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, & the District of Columbia.

After careful thought, lots of planning, and plenty of prayers, Josh decided to open his own independent agency as of May 1, 2010 in Williamsport, Maryland. Josh's business philosophy aligns exactly with one of his main carriers, Erie Insurance. Erie's founding principle states: "To provide our Policyholders with as near perfect protection, as near perfect service as is humanly possible, and to do so at the lowest possible cost." Josh knows it will be a lot of work, but he enjoys helping people understand their insurance coverages, helping people select the insurance coverages and limits that are right for them, and most importantly, being an insurance advisor and not just an insurance salesman.

In Josh's "free" time he enjoys hanging out with his family, playing golf, watching & rooting for the local professional sports teams, reading, and participating in his local church at Faith Christian Fellowship.
