OUR STORY:
If you have a home or business in Florida, you are familiar with pest control at some level. Most consumers seek to protect their families, pets and property from health concerns while business-owners desire to protect their business and reputation of running a clean, safe operation.
Over the years, Brian Reynolds, Owner/Operator purposefully grew his business at a steadily modest rate to ensure high-levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
When Brian started his own Pest Management in 1991 he had already been working in the pest management business for a number of years and chose pest management because it is a great opportunity to provide a rewarding service to people. Although it was tough starting out during a recession and other setbacks Brian worked tirelessly to support his family and to steadily grow his fledgling business. Since then he and the individuals he’s selected to come on board have worked hard to grow and serve the Treasure Coast; from Indian River County to Palm Beach Gardens. And he’s as proud as can be that his son, Chris who’s grown up in the business, has become an invaluable part of the business and shares the same vision. Chris started out in the field, and now helps maintain the business with a superb level of knowledge and regard for customer service. Just like his dad.

Perhaps you’ve encountered “technicians” who were no such thing; sloppy, sometimes dressed in shorts and cut-up t-shirts, that may use inferior products, part-timers, with no reputation, and perhaps no license and insurance to back them up. Not so at Reynolds. Brian has a stake in his community and will be here when others may not. Brian strictly encourages adherence to government standards with any and all products used. He stresses on-going education not only for himself, but his technicians. And Brian consistently searches out the industry for better, safer, and most environmentally compatible products out there to be on the forefront of what is available to better serve his customers
