In addition to the indoor range, which is open for use by members after a probationary period, the club also maintains a lighted practice course consisting of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 yard ranges as well as a Styrofoam block to be used for broadhead practice. The practice range also has a newly constructed elevated platform to provide members with the opportunity to practice with their equipment as they would in a hunting situation from a tree club maintains a yearly schedule of outdoor 3-D shoots for all facets of archery from the traditional to the most modern equipment, with 3-D targets ranging from a ground hog to a life size moose. The shoots are held on Sundays and Wednesdays throughout the year as listed in our schedule posted on this web site.
The Club also maintains a permanent outdoor 3-D course available to members at any date or time, consisting of targets no longer suitable for paid shoots, but which have been repaired sufficiently for use by archers more interested in the shot than the scoring.
We have recently added three more for a total of twelve, with three more currently undergoing repair by our resident surgeon. This course begins at the original tree stand and is marked by red, white and blue ribbons.
