Our mission is to offer our members a positive, friendly and family oriented atmosphere to reach their fitness goals. NHHR has two floors of the latest state of the art cardio and weight equipment. With 6 tennis/pickleball courts, 5 racquetball courts, a basketball court, jogging track and aerobics and spinning rooms. You are sure to find what you need here for any workout.
We offer personal training in order for you to achieve the fitness goals you are looking for. Our nationally certified personal trainers can help you reach any fitness goal whether it is training for a sporting event or just improving how you look and feel. Working with a personal trainer you will learn how to exercise properly and effectively to reduce your chance of injury and get the results you want.
