Haws Auto Body was conceived in 1981 by Concord BMW as the areas premier repair facility. Managed by Terry Haws, the company was built with the goals and policies of quality, integrity, trust and loyalty. These are goals that are still at the forefront of our beliefs as a corporation.

Haws Auto Body was purchased by Terry in 1983 and he went from being a manager - to becoming an owner. Staffed with quality employees, the name Haws Auto Body quickly became synonymous with a reputation for quality repairs and exceptional customer service. Well established in both our community and our industry, we quickly became affiliated with local dealers such as Porsche, Audi, Mazerati, Subaru, and BMW.

Knowing that our employees are only as good as the tools they use, Haws Auto Body uses only the highest quality equipment such as Celette and Car-O-Liner frame equipment, Spray Bake spray booths, Global Refinishing Solutions spray booths and prep areas, Glassurit paint by BASF, sealers and fasteners from Wurth and Winzer and mig and spot welding equipment -- along with employee training from I-CAR, ASE, and CC Pathways .

Expanding our company in 2002 with the addition of Haws Plaza Auto Body (located in Lafayette) enabled us to better serve our customers in the Lamorinda area.

Working with all insurance companies, our staff can assist you from start to finish with all of your auto body repair needs. No appointments are necessary for an estimate and we can assist you with towing, rental cars, detailing, paintless dent removal (PDR), wheel repair and much also offer shuttle service throughout Contra Costa County.
