Holy Trinity Parish - Episcopal

Holy Trinity is an Episcopal church guided by the core ministries of Worship, Christian Formation, Outreach, and Green Ministries.

Worship at Holy Trinity seeks to be emotionally supportive, intellectually challenging and spiritually enriching. Our intent is to encourage one another in the faith and communicate clearly that God is love. We believe that the grace of God creates, sustains and redeems the world. Discovering, celebrating and sharing the love of God is what we believe we are sent forth to do. In this sense worship is very much connected with our daily lives.

Whether sharing meals at Hagar’s House in downtown Decatur, striding in the Hunger Walk in downtown Atlanta, or building a roof in Honduras on a service trip, Holy Trinity parishioners participate in a wide and meaningful array of service.

Christian Formation at Holy Trinity is education and growth in fulfilling Christian discipleship. We have Christian Formation classes for adults, youth, and children.

Green Ministry: Holy Trinity’s solar array on the south roof of Tisdale Hall includes 20 Suniva PV modules generating KW of power. The system is connected back to the Georgia Power electrical grid and the power generated will offset a portion of Holy Trinity’s monthly electrical bills. A web-based monitoring system allows parishioners to view power generation data. OneWorld Sustainable was the solar array contractor and Georgia Interfaith Power & Light has been instrumental in helping us put this project together.
