Dr. Hargis is a 1990 graduate of LC with a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He attended LSUSD to earn his DDS degree. He then completed a 2-year residency in hospital dentistry at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. In 1997, Dr. Hargis moved back to Central Louisiana to begin practicing: He took over a clinic in Montgomery, Louisiana where he served this rural community for 11 years. In 1999, he opened his own private practice in Prospect, he has been the only continuously operating dental office in Grant Parish.
