We've maintained very good relationships with our past brides over the last 15+ years in the wedding business (some even have become very close friends of ours) and we decided to survey them about our service. When asked "what was the number 1 reason you picked us over ALL the other DJ's out there?", their response was pretty overwhelming. . . "because we could trust you"!

In this day and age of the wedding industry, trust and credibility has become everything. That includes our personal credibility, the credibility of our brand, our business, and the service we provide.

DJ companies out there like to stand behind their huge advertising budgets and PR campaigns to attract brides but they are certainly not a substitute for credibility and trust. That’s good news for us because after nearly 15 + years of experience, we're had a lot of success without much of any advertising. We really have to thank our wonderful and loyal customers who have been our biggest promoters. It’s proof that when you do the job right, people remember you and are willing to recommend you to others. Rather than spending all our time hiding behind phony advertising and creating large overhead budgets that simply get passed along to the client, we spend our time establishing and maintaining our credibility through the service we provide because our business depends upon it.

Platinum Party Events is part of the Nation Association of Mobile Entertainers ( ) and we are locally active members of the American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA), the Wedding Vendors of the Hudson Valley and the Hudson Valley DJ Association (HVDJA). We have also been given the distinction as Certified Endorsed Professional Entertainer (EPE) by The National Association of Mobile Entertainers ( ) and we are Alumni members in the American DJ Online University where we receive continuing education on all topics related to the wedding industry. In addition, we have been involved in always looking to improved our skills and performance.
