APDS is a 501(C)3 non-profit innovative behavioral healthcare center specializing in prevention, treatment, and recovery of substance abuse and domestic violence intervention education.
APDS is dually certified by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS) to operate both Non-Intensive/Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Prevention programs.
APDS was founded by Drs. Richard ‘Moriba’ and Barbara Kelsey in 1988.
