Physical Therapy Associates has a long history serving the community. In 1997, Guy Wallace opened the first office in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Since that time, PTA has grown to five offices in locations surrounding Hardin County. In addition to Elizabethtown, we currently have offices in Hodgenville, Radcliff, Bardstown, and Louisville. PTA specializes in orthopedics, total joint care, neck and back pain, sports medicine, work related injuries, motor vehicle injuries, and diabetic neuropathy treatment. We also offer treatment options such as ASTYM, dry needling, custom orthotics, arch supports, and Kinesio taping techniques.
