Our family owned and operated bakery is nestled along the banks of the Truckee River in downtown Truckee, CA. Our artisan breads are preservative free and are made by combining freshly milled unbleached flour, sea salt and water with our 17 year old signature starter, the high elevation of the Sierra Mountains, and the natural yeast found in the crisp Tahoe mountain air.
We do not add any "natural" flavors or chemicals and we bake our bread fresh every night. Our process resonates old world baking techniques that have created a truly unique flavor and texture that mimics the town it's baked in - Truckee, CA!
