Meet the Founder
Gabriela Foster-Brown, the CEO and Founder of Constant Companions In-Home Care, Inc. has over 20 years of experience working with the elderly and their families, beginning in 1987 working as a nursing aid and then from 1988-1992 as a home care companion. After graduation from college in 1992, she took an administrative position at a Medicare home health company. Later, in 1998 in a Skilled Nursing Facility, 1999 in a hospital-based home health and hospice program and in 2001, private duty home care. She has worked in many levels of the Continuum of Care.

In 2003, Gabriela formed Constant Companions Home Care, bringing with her a thorough understanding of the ‘Continuum of Care’ that all seniors face during times of transition and need.

This experience has formed a comprehensive understanding of the emotional, psychological and clinical aspects that are involved in making a decision to use private duty home care.
