The Grand Haven Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is a nonprofit organization established in 1986 under Michigan Public Act 59. This legislation allows us to collect 2 percent assessments from lodging properties and transient facilities within our district to go towards marketing the Grand Haven area as a destination for visitors. We provide approximately 650 rooms/units throughout our district which includes cities, villages and townships. Our district is primarily recognized as Northwest Ottawa County and encompasses: Allendale, Coopersville, Ferrysburg, Grand Haven, Nunica, Spring Lake, West Olive.
