APO / FPO Military Addresses - We ship to APO / FPO military addresses. However, please be aware of these factors:
Not all items can be shipped to APO / FPO addresses. Orders may not exceed 70 lbs. (some zip codes have lower limits).
Orders may not exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth - this means if your order is 100" in length, plus 40"around, it will exceed the limitations.
When shipping to an APO / FPO address, delivery may take 3 to 6 weeks.
Claims for lost items will be filed by Airline International. The APO/FPO Claim Process is lengthy and may take up to 6 months. Please note that credit for an item will not be issued until the claims process is approved and completed by the Postal Service.
International Shipping - Federal Express and delivery are available for international orders. Rates vary by country. Please contact us for details.
Airline International would like to make your shopping experience easy and pleasurable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the new and unused product within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging. There will be a restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the invoice price for all returned merchandise other than defectives and shipping errors. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt to expedite the refund or exchange process. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been personalized. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return freight charges are at the customer's expense. Please contact us to arrange for a return authorization.
