ALLISON COPENING, FOUNDER AND CEO
Allison Copening is a third generation Las Vegan and a former Nevada State Senator. She has been involved in community service, outreach and volunteerism for more than 30 years, and Seasons Funeral Planning Service is an extension of that commitment. Seasons has been Allison’s vision for many years, and she is pleased to bring this service to the Southern Nevada community in hopes of creating a more meaningful funeral experience for families.

Seasons Funeral Planning Services will take you from start to finish in the funeral planning process. It begins before you step into the funeral home, and continues with personalization of the ceremony and reception services. Our services include:

FIRST STEP™ COMPANION PROGRAM
In this two-hour consultation, our professional planning counselors will guide you through the funeral planning process to help you determine the funeral home and services that meet your needs and budget.
Together, we’ll compare local funeral home prices, amenities and services, and you’ll have the opportunity to make the important decisions with our staff by your side to answer questions and provide counsel. The consultation also covers pricing and payment requirements, Nevada law and funeral home requirements, final resting place options, arrangement conference, cost-saving options and special pricing offered by funeral homes, among other topics. This program also is available for pre-planning.

FUNERAL AND MEMORIAL PLANNING
Seasons Funeral Planning Services offers personalized planning services that range from a traditional service to a Celebration of Life ceremony. You may opt for a simple package designed to take extra responsibilities off your hands, or a more personal and customized service that includes music, memorial video and program folders, tribute display and more. We specialize in managing services in other venues such as houses of worship, country clubs and other non-traditional venues.


RECEPTION PLANNING
Seasons Funeral Planning Services has partnered with professional, licensed caterers who have designed menus from simple and comforting to traditional and elegant. Our catering teams are available to host at homes, houses of worship, partner venues or other venues of your choice. Whether a simple continental breakfast, brunch,or boxed a buffet, evening cocktail and appetizer reception, or dinner – we can be there to manage this essential part of the funeral process.

CERTIFIED CELEBRANTS
The words spoken at the service are what family and guests remember and most treasure. Season Funeral Planning Services Certified Celebrants are trained specially to design a life tribute eulogy that is thoughtful and personal, incorporating family members’ unique stories, music and experiences that define their loved one. A Seasons Celebrant will meet with the family for an informal “story-telling time” a couple of days in advance to gather information capturing the essence of the deceased; and, at the service, will deliver the personalized life tribute that is both touching and meaningful.
