The owners; Gary, John and David Roberts, are lifetime Sarasota residents and are descendants of the Roberts and Hansens who homesteaded Roberts Point on Siesta Key and the Redrock Bayfront area in the 1800's.
The Company was originally established as a home repair business, then branched into framing as carpentry subcontractors and completed over forty single family residences and several commercial projects in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
The Company has been licensed as Residential Building Contractors since 1987, Lic #CRC057973 and has specialized in Residential Remodeling since 1989.
Typical projects include kitchens, bathrooms, master suite and bedroom additions, home offices, garages, second floor additions, roof-overs, and full house remodeling.
