The purpose of our Facebook page is to create a fun, engaging and informative community for all our fans, and to share the latest Sears Home Services news with our guests. While we encourage an open and lively conversation, we ask that you follow a few guidelines to maintain a thoughtful and respectful environment.

(PLEASE NOTE: Your posts automatically go into the 'POSTS BY OTHERS' section; this is a function of Facebook, and has nothing to do with negative or positive input. Posts that SHS create are seen in the "Highlights" section, while posts that you and others write show up on the "Posts by Others" section.)

This is a free and open forum that we and our customers use both to interact with others in the Sears Home Services community, and to address service issues. We don't hide negative reviews, we welcome them in the hopes that we can get them resolved and improve our service. Your communication helps us do that, so thank you.


1. Please only post your own comments and do not impersonate others.

Sears Home Services reserves the right to remove posts, comments or other content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous/defamatory, vulgar, obscene, commercial, spam, repetitive, off-topic, false, deceptively misleading, infringes the property rights of another, injurious to privacy, or otherwise offensive or objectionable.

3. Sears Home Services reserves the right to remove posts, comments or other content that violates any Facebook guidelines.

4. Sears Home Services does not endorse nor are we responsible for the accuracy of information, opinions, claims, or advice shared here by Sears Home Service fans.

5. By posting any comment or other content, you agree to release and hold Sears Home Services harmless from any and all claims that may be brought against you because of your post and that the comment or content may be edited or removed by Sears Home Services.

We welcome constructive feedback on our Facebook wall and we are happy to listen to positive comments as well as complaints. However, if there is an unwarranted comment or if a person is not contributing to our online community in a constructive way, it is our discretion to remove such actions.
