Steve A. Troutman, a founding partner of Troutman & Troutman, received his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1999 and has been handling social security disability cases ever since. He is admitted to practice before all federal courts in Oklahoma, Kansas and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also an adjunct instructor and Tulsa Community College, a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and has attended every NOSSCR conference since he began practicing law.

Gayle L. Troutman is also a founding partner of Troutman & Troutman, She received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1993. She can practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the Northern, Eastern, and Southern District of Texas in addition to the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals. She currently serves as the director representing the Tenth Circuit on the Board of Directors for NOSSCR, and she has taught several continuing legal education (CLE) classes on subjects relating to social security disability at NOSSCR conferences. She has written over 1,500 briefs submitted to federal court and has attended every NOSSCR conference since she started practicing law.

Our other lawyers, Darren T. Rackley and Erin N. Stackenwalt, are sustaining members of the NOSSCR and have years of experience dealing with social security law and benefits.
