Chef Tim's Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette is the flagship product of Chef Tim Foods. Chef Tim Jutzi graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, PA. During his position as a Chef at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, he developed the Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette. First used as a dressing, it didn’t take long to discover how good it was as a marinade. After numerous customers commented that they’d buy his vinaigrette if it were bottled (over 10 years), Chef Tim and his wife, Sabrena, decided to take a leap of faith, purchased some bottling supplies and started on their dining room table.
